David Coe

David is a Realtor® and Investor that specializes in working with developers. David runs the COE Real Estate Group which is based in the South Bay of Los Angeles. Besides being one of the top Keller Williams teams for residential sales in the South Bay, Coe Real Estate also has a New Construction division that specializes in selling infill residential projects in the greater LA area.

Lynx Le Orisa

Lynx, a native of Los Angeles, has worked in Real Estate since 2006. He has worked almost exclusively in new home sales for home builders, primarily with Lee Homes and L.A. Urban Homes.

LeVar Porter

With his personable, action-oriented approach, clients look to LeVar as a friend, neighbor, and consultant – one whom they trust. LeVar Porter is a realtor and Southern California native, who has lived in several communities within Los Angeles county. A Cal State University-Fullerton graduate, LeVar majored in communications with an emphasis in advertising with a minor in business administration. Before taking the leap into real estate, he worked several years in both advertising and marketing for the sports and entertainment industries.

Som Sahay

Som is a realtor and South Bay native. After earning his B.S. in Managerial Economics from UC Davis, he led a successful career as an independent health coach for nearly eight years. Beyond his knowledge, Som's deep regard for his clients and strong attention to detail has earned him the trust to handle what he considers to be his clients' most delicate asset: their health. Som understands your biggest investments deserve the utmost care and quality of service. As a realtor, and member of the COE Real Estate Group, he delivers on that promise.
